Zachary’s PT session
Today we had a PT session that was put together by Zachary. He put us through our paces with stretches, jump squats, push ups, lunges and a sprint.

Making jelly by Ryan
On Wednesday I made some jelly. It was really really fun.
First step : put the jelly in a bowl
Then add hot water and mix
Add cold water
Put it in the fridge to cool off and is ready to serve in 4 hours
Jamie’s pH noodles
I cooked these noodles in red cabbage water and they turned purple because of the purple pigment from the red cabbage. Then I added lemon juice to some of the noodles and they turned pink. Afterwards, I added bicarbonate of soda and the noodles turned blue. The red cabbage water changes colour depending on whether acid or alkali is added.+
